What do orthopedic products, product data, contracts, and employee attendance have in common? At Svorto, the answer is simple: Tabidoo. With more than a century of history behind it, this family-owned company teamed up with Emberix to embark on a digital transformation journey. What started with scattered product data is gradually changing the way the entire company operates. The result? Centralized data, streamlined processes, and a system that adapts to the company’s needs. Not the other way around.

“We didn’t want another system we would have to adapt to. We wanted a system that would adapt to us.”
Family-owned company Svorto has been manufacturing orthopedic products since 1905. Over the years, not only has its product portfolio expanded, but so has the amount of information the company needs to manage every day.
Individual products vary in size, material, and intended use. Each variant comes with its own specifications, images, certificates, and product descriptions. And all this information needs to be available for the e-shop, business partners, printed materials, and international markets.
The catch? Data was scattered across spreadsheets and documents. Updating a single piece of information could mean editing multiple files. Managing different language versions added even more work, and every new product increased the risk of inconsistencies.
The result was slower processes, repetitive manual tasks, and a more complicated product launch process. Svorto needed a centralized environment that would bring its business data together and make it easier to manage and use.
Following an initial analysis, implementation partner Emberix selected Tabidoo as the platform for Svorto.
The goal wasn’t to transform the entire company overnight. Quite the opposite. From the beginning, the solution was designed to digitalize individual processes step by step, without significantly disrupting day-to-day operations.
It started with product data. Contracts, assets, inspections, and other operational processes gradually followed. Now, employee attendance is next.
The first step was creating a centralized product database. Emberix built a structure for managing product information in Tabidoo, imported existing data, and configured basic automations.
The system now enables Svorto to manage product specifications, images, certifications, and multilingual product descriptions in one place. The solution also includes automations for data exports, product description translations, and other repetitive tasks.
Svorto now has a single source of truth for product information, making updates and further use of the data much easier.
Future phases will also include integrating Tabidoo with the company’s existing systems, including its e-shop.
But the digital transformation didn’t stop at product data. In the second phase, Emberix expanded Tabidoo to cover additional areas of the company’s operations.
The platform now provides a centralized environment for managing contracts, company assets, equipment inspections, compliance checks, employee training, and occupational health examinations. An important part of the solution is its dashboards, which display key information and upcoming deadlines. For selected critical deadlines, the system also sends automated email notifications.
Instead of manually tracking deadlines across multiple records, the company now has all essential information clearly organized in one place.
Tabidoo’s flexibility made it possible to build on the existing system and reuse available data when preparing the digitalization of employee attendance. This phase is currently underway.
The goal is to replace the Excel spreadsheets used every month to track employee attendance and move the entire process into a unified environment.
Svorto can therefore continue expanding its use of Tabidoo without having to introduce a separate system for every new business process.
Product information, certificates, images, and multilingual descriptions are managed in one environment. This makes updates easier and reduces the risk of inconsistent information across different channels.
Automated exports, translations, and other tasks simplify product data management and speed up related processes.
Contracts, assets, inspections, compliance checks, employee training, and occupational health examinations are all managed through a centralized system.
Dashboards and email notifications help employees stay on top of important operational requirements and upcoming deadlines.
The platform can be gradually expanded to meet the company’s evolving needs, without requiring custom software development for every new application.
Another important benefit of the solution is Svorto’s improved readiness for international expansion.
A unified product data structure makes it easier to translate, share, and reuse information for marketing and communication with business partners in foreign markets.
Digitalization therefore does more than simplify everyday administration. It also creates a stronger data foundation for the company’s future growth.
Svorto’s story shows that improving business efficiency doesn’t have to begin with a complete overhaul of every system. Sometimes, all it takes is identifying the area where scattered data and manual work cause the biggest challenges, solving that problem, and gradually expanding from there.
That’s exactly the approach Svorto and Emberix took.
What started with product information has expanded into operational management, with employee attendance now being prepared as the next step.
All within a single platform that can continue adapting to the company’s changing needs.
How many spreadsheets, documents, and separate records does your company rely on to keep things running? With Tabidoo, you can start with one process and gradually digitalize others. From product data and contracts to everyday business operations.
Fewer spreadsheets. Greater visibility. One platform that adapts to your business.

What happens when your existing software still works, but your business is starting to outgrow it? That was exactly the challenge facing CNC Doctors. Together with BohuTech, the service company set out to build its own business management system using the Tabidoo platform. The first usable version was ready in approximately one month. And instead of waiting for the next major software update, users can now test new features directly and refine them based on their actual needs.
At the Spejbl and Hurvínek Theatre, the action doesn’t stop at the stage. Behind the scenes, there are contracts, orders, budgets and approvals to manage. Tabidoo brought these processes together in one place, cut approval times from days to minutes or hours, and saved dozens of hours of admin work. Because the less time paperwork takes, the more time there is for theatre.
For nearly ten years, Z-AGENCY ran on Google Sheets. Sales, HR, and inventory. It worked. Until the company grew to the point where spreadsheets started slowing things down instead of helping. Today, Z-AGENCY manages nearly 5,000 business cases in Tabidoo, coordinates more than 60 external collaborators, runs inventory for hundreds of events a year – and uses the same data for automation and AI.
Invoice approval doesn’t have to mean dozens of emails, manual data entry, or endlessly searching for who has the invoice next. At Make more, they built a custom solution in Tabidoo that manages the entire process – from receiving an invoice to posting it into the accounting system.
