Your business app starts with a single sentence

No coding, no custom templates. Just write what you need to sort out.

Areas

What Tabidoo AI builds most often

Pick an area and the brief drops into the field above - then tweak it to fit you.

How it comes together

From one sentence to a system
the company actually uses

01 / 04

You describe it the way you'd say it

No diagrams, no specification documents. Write down what you keep track of, who works with it and what the system should watch over. The AI fills in the rest and asks when it needs to.

  • In plain English, one long sentence or a few bullets
  • You can always send a revised brief again
Order tracking: clients, deadlines, a line-item budget and who works on what. I want to see what hasn't been invoiced yet.
Got it. I suggest 4 tables and one overview. I'll link invoicing to the orders so it adds up on its own.
02 / 04

The data structure is designed for you

The AI derives the tables, the field types and the relations between them. You get a data model that holds together - not five unrelated sheets like in Excel.

  • Relations, pick lists, calculated fields
  • Forms and table views ready to use right away

The system takes care of the process

Set what should happen and when. Tabidoo sends a notification, changes a status, generates a document or prepares a report on a schedule - even when nobody opens the app.

  • Notifications, e-mails, scheduled jobs
  • Integrations over the API, Make or Zapier

Bring in the whole team, not just a licensed few

Invite your colleagues and set who sees what and who can change it. In Tabidoo you don't pay per user - the price doesn't depend on how many people use the system.

  • Permissions by role, department and individual record
  • Change history, backups and data hosted in the EU

Frequently asked

What happens after you submit

How specific does the brief need to be?

A few sentences are enough. It helps to write what you keep track of (clients, orders, equipment), what you need to see about it (status, due date, the person responsible) and what the system should watch over. You can fine-tune the details in the app.

How long does it take?

The structure is designed within tens of seconds. Once it's done, the page switches you straight into the app in progress.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Tabidoo is a low-code toolkit - you adjust the app by clicking. Developers can also reach for the API.

What if the design isn't right?

Edit the brief and send it again, or rebuild the app by hand in the editor. The previous design isn't left behind anywhere.

What happens to my brief?

We use the text to generate the app design. The resulting app and the data in it belong to you and you can delete or export them at any time.

Can I start from a ready-made solution?

Yes. Alongside AI generation we have ready-made solutions such as CRM, ATS or a helpdesk that you simply adapt.

One step left

So what are we building?

One sentence is enough. If the design doesn't fit, edit the brief and send it again.
