Tabidoo raised the quality of our data management tenfold.
Martin Kempson – IT Manager
Three13 helps people gain confident awareness of their worth and abilities, find meaningful employment, and become more economically stable.
Aiming to break the cycle of ‘entrenched worklessness’ in North East England, Three13 offers practical training programmes in supportive working environments such as kitchens, gardens, or wood workshops. Here, adults facing multiple barriers can acquire the skills needed to fully engage in life and work.
Three13’s programmes also improve inclusion and reduce isolation among long-term unemployed individuals. These programmes are often linked to community action, with an emphasis on learning through doing: “Why sit in a classroom when your learning could be helping others?” This approach maximises opportunities for personal development, teamwork, and collaboration, while also providing participants with relevant work experience, vocational qualifications, and career guidance.
As an accredited education provider, Three13 regularly undergoes external scrutiny of its policies, methods of delivery, and progress-tracking systems. With the growing number of learners at its Hub sites, the organisation needed to develop a bespoke database to ensure accurate data recording and reporting to stakeholders. For a non-profit organisation, it was crucial that this database could be developed in-house and at a reasonable cost.
After researching potential platforms, Three13’s IT manager discovered Tabidoo. With the ability to handle large amounts of data and generate reports and dashboards with just a few clicks, Tabidoo was the upgrade they were looking for – and at a great price.
The implementation of Tabidoo significantly improved Three13’s data management. Data migration was easy, and the wide range of features allowed them to quickly build a system that worked to their needs. Once deployed, Tabidoo’s simple and clear interface meant that all team members quickly learned how to use it. Managers can easily request tailored reports, and support staff can track each learner’s journey in real-time, recording new interventions and outcomes.
Switching to Tabidoo was a key step in modernising Three13’s practices. Since then, the organisation has achieved Cyber Essentials and ISO270001 certifications, demonstrating its commitment to information security. Three13 continues to streamline its processes using the tools available on the Tabidoo platform as the organisation grows.
According to Three13, the team at Tabidoo has been excellent, offering quick support and advice whenever needed.

At the Spejbl and Hurvínek Theatre, the action doesn’t stop at the stage. Behind the scenes, there are contracts, orders, budgets and approvals to manage. Tabidoo brought these processes together in one place, cut approval times from days to minutes or hours, and saved dozens of hours of admin work. Because the less time paperwork takes, the more time there is for theatre.
For nearly ten years, Z-AGENCY ran on Google Sheets. Sales, HR, and inventory. It worked. Until the company grew to the point where spreadsheets started slowing things down instead of helping. Today, Z-AGENCY manages nearly 5,000 business cases in Tabidoo, coordinates more than 60 external collaborators, runs inventory for hundreds of events a year – and uses the same data for automation and AI.
Invoice approval doesn’t have to mean dozens of emails, manual data entry, or endlessly searching for who has the invoice next. At Make more, they built a custom solution in Tabidoo that manages the entire process – from receiving an invoice to posting it into the accounting system.
Excel disappeared. Paper folders did too. In just three months, the Lovosice Cultural Center digitized its invoice approval process, connecting every step from receiving an invoice to accounting in one seamless workflow. What once required dozens of emails, multiple Excel spreadsheets, and piles of paperwork is now handled by a single digital process. The result? Better visibility for employees, faster processing for the accounting team, and simpler oversight for management.
