Thanks to Tabidoo we have streamlined the work of the entire non-profit organization.

Czechitas is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating women in information technology, with the goal of increasing diversity in IT and encouraging women to gain skills in programming, data analytics, cybersecurity and other digital areas. In addition to professional skills, it also focuses on career transition to help women make a real difference in the job market. The organization has been in the Czech market for 10 years and has educated over 100,000 women in that time.
The non-profit Czechitas had individual needs for how to enter data and needed one system that would allow multiple people to access it. At the same time, there was a financial challenge – it did not have a large budget, so connecting the entire organization across the board through one system to centralize all data collection seemed to be quite a challenge. However, there was a thoughtful process for how to collect the data and how to input it, which made it fundamentally easier to choose the right tool to crack the imaginary nut. This was because the system had to adapt to the contrived procedure and style in which all the data needed to be recorded.
Czechitas was looking for a tool that would meet specific needs without having to engage a programmer or invest too much time or money in special development. The choice fell on Tabidoo, which was an ideal choice due to its pricing policy for non-profit organizations. With an annual license of Tabidoo, we at Czechitas got an efficient solution at an affordable price, which allowed us to centralize and manage data across the entire organization.
An imaginary nut has been cracked.
The introduction of the new system has led to cost reductions and streamlined work in the organization. Thanks to the possibility of automating processes, manual tasks have been minimized, leading to increased productivity and time savings. Overall, the new system has enabled the organisation to make better use of available resources and increase operational efficiency, which has had a positive impact on the overall performance of the team and enabled the organisation to better focus on its core activities.
Czechitas is not leaving Tabidoo in the near future, but instead plans to become even more centralized.

At the Spejbl and Hurvínek Theatre, the action doesn’t stop at the stage. Behind the scenes, there are contracts, orders, budgets and approvals to manage. Tabidoo brought these processes together in one place, cut approval times from days to minutes or hours, and saved dozens of hours of admin work. Because the less time paperwork takes, the more time there is for theatre.
For nearly ten years, Z-AGENCY ran on Google Sheets. Sales, HR, and inventory. It worked. Until the company grew to the point where spreadsheets started slowing things down instead of helping. Today, Z-AGENCY manages nearly 5,000 business cases in Tabidoo, coordinates more than 60 external collaborators, runs inventory for hundreds of events a year – and uses the same data for automation and AI.
Invoice approval doesn’t have to mean dozens of emails, manual data entry, or endlessly searching for who has the invoice next. At Make more, they built a custom solution in Tabidoo that manages the entire process – from receiving an invoice to posting it into the accounting system.
Excel disappeared. Paper folders did too. In just three months, the Lovosice Cultural Center digitized its invoice approval process, connecting every step from receiving an invoice to accounting in one seamless workflow. What once required dozens of emails, multiple Excel spreadsheets, and piles of paperwork is now handled by a single digital process. The result? Better visibility for employees, faster processing for the accounting team, and simpler oversight for management.
