We build, take over and grow your solutions, all on the Tabidoo platform
We are Emberix, a partner for small and medium-sized businesses that want their data and processes under control.
In Tabidoo, we bring agendas that are scattered across spreadsheets and documents into a single source of truth. That includes product data and its language versions, contracts and suppliers, assets, inspections and safety checks, training and occupational medical check-ups, attendance, and internal approvals. On top of that, we build automations that track deadlines, generate outputs and pass data to other systems, so nothing has to be retyped by hand.
We start with the process, not the app. We don’t copy Excel one-to-one. First we ask what the system should actually save the company, and then we build step by step so people can move to the new environment without disrupting operations. We hand the system over so the customer can keep developing it on their own. If they’d rather not, we develop it for them.
We also take over existing solutions. When someone else built an application, we can take it over, manage it and keep developing it. That is how we currently manage two large Tabidoo implementations for one client in two countries.
We also cover the work that comes before implementation: process mapping, requirements specifications and help with choosing the right solution.

Mirage Distribution CZ:
A comprehensive CRM implementation for collecting orders from sales reps on tablets. Over time it has grown to cover several ERP processes, and it is fully integrated with Abra Flexi, the warehouse WMS and reporting.
We were involved from the start, designing the processes and how the system would be used. Today we fully manage and develop Tabidoo for the client.
Besides development, we also handle support with clearly defined response times.
Mirage Distribution SK:
This Tabidoo implementation is similar to Mirage Distribution CZ, but differs from it in many ways. Here too, we have taken over all Tabidoo development, integrations and support.
**Svorto: **
A product data management system covering hundreds of variants, including parameters, certificates, images and language versions for the e-shop and printed materials.
It has since grown to cover operational agendas too: inspections and safety checks, training and occupational medical check-ups, contracts and suppliers, on-site assets and attendance.
We were involved in choosing the platform, designing the processes, migrating the data and gradually moving the company’s agendas into the new environment. Today we fully manage and develop Tabidoo for the client.
