One tariff – an unlimited number of users?

Yes, of course, you do not pay for individual users. In our application you do not pay for the number of users who can access it. Tabidoo charges you only for data usage.

What is an application and schema? What is it that I am paying for?

Schema is one data source, for example a list of your users, a list of tasks or the history of changes made by users in the application. You can imagine it as a table in a database or one sheet in Excel.

An application is then a set of schemas.

Unlike other systems, which require you to pay for individual users, Tabidoo charges you only for data usage. We do not want to discriminate against users who may, for instance, just browse data.

Do I need a card payment in order to create a registration?

No payment card is required to sign in to Tabidoo. You may even try out Tabidoo as a demo user or register and give a try to our Free plan. Payment card is needed only if you wish to upgrade to our Medium or Large plan.

Is it possible to cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your tariff will remain valid until the cancellation of your subscription.

Am I limited by functionality in the Free plan?

No, we do not limit users by functionality. Even in our Free plan you have at your disposal the same functionality as you do in our Large plan.

What will happen, if I reach the limit of my plan?

If you reach the limit of your currently active plan, Tabidoo will offer you a possibility to upgrade to a higher plan. It is then completely up to you whether you choose to upgrade to the higher plan or not. In case of an individual plan, please contact us.

In Marketplace I did not find an application which would suit my requirements.

Even that can happen. However, Tabidoo is a very flexible system. Send us your requirements for an application and we will be happy to make it for you.
Above-standard requirements are always dealt with individually at customer’s request. We have always found a solution for everyone.

I would like to store a big amount of data, is your system ready for a burden like this?

Yes, our system is ready to process millions of records. It is possible to reserve a dedicated server in our cloud, or we can transfer the entire Tabidoo system to your company’s network.

I would like to store sensitive data, is it possible for Tabidoo to operate in-house?

Yes, it is possible to run Tabidoo on your corporate network, either on Linux servers or Windows servers.
Customer support and regular Tabidoo upgrades are commonplace. We will be happy to provide further information.

I would like to have my data stored outside of the EU, is it possible?

Yes, all you need to do is to let us know in which geolocation you would like to have your data stored. We will then take care of the rest.

We declare, that if you are not able to use Tabidoo due to service downtime for more than 30s, we return you money for the month subscription for any plan.
